The largest machine in our factory is the polishing machine. The
polish and stain are applied with absolute precision to ensure a
consistent finish from panel to panel, hour to hour and year to year, so
when you see two panels, you know that the only difference is in the
natural grain and colour of the wood, not variations in the stain
applied. Here we see wet panels being carefully transferred for the
drying process. |
The experienced cabinet makers employed by Beaver and Tapley are
highly skilled in the art of joinery, and lovingly assemble each cabinet
with the care and respect it deserves, so your unit looks great when you
put it in your home. |

At the end of the line, fully assembled units are waiting to be
packed. Every cabinet is packed with the specifically designed
packaging, to minimise the risk of damage when being transported to you. |
